Getting started with AI Toruk

Register a workspace, complete onboarding, and publish an AI assistant on your website or WooCommerce store.

1. Create your account

Click Start free on the marketing site or open the console register page. Provide your name, email, password, and company details. Registration provisions a workspace automatically with a free plan and a default chatbot.

2. Complete onboarding

After sign-in you may be guided through onboarding to set your company name, website URL, chatbot name, and welcome message. These values appear in the widget and help with domain security checks.

3. Add knowledge

Open your chatbot and go to Knowledge. Upload documents, add FAQs, paste manual text, or crawl your public website so the assistant can answer from your content.

4. Embed the widget

Copy the embed snippet from the chatbot settings and paste it before the closing </body> tag on your site. See Embed the chat widget for details.

5. Invite your team

Workspace owners can invite colleagues from Settings → Team and assign roles with granular permissions. See Team & roles.

Your free trial includes a token allowance. Monitor usage on the dashboard and upgrade from Billing when you need more capacity or premium features.
