Conversations

Every widget session is stored as a conversation with full message history, token usage, and visitor metadata.

Conversation list

Open Conversations to browse sessions across all chatbots. Filter and sort to find recent or high-traffic threads. Each row shows the chatbot, visitor label, message count, and start time.

Conversation detail

Click a conversation to read the full transcript — visitor messages and AI replies in order. Source URL and token usage are shown when available.

AI summaries

Generate a concise summary of long threads using the built-in summarize action. Summaries help support teams hand off context quickly without reading every message.

Permissions

Access requires the conversations.view permission. Custom roles can grant view-only access without chatbot management rights — useful for support staff.

API access

Read conversations programmatically via the workspace API when your plan includes API access. See API access & tokens.
