General settings
Update workspace name, default website URL, and company details shown across chatbots and notifications.
Gemini (BYOK)
On eligible plans, connect your own Google Gemini API key so inference runs on your account. Requires workspace.gemini permission and the byok feature. Keys are stored encrypted.
Delivery server (SMTP)
Configure custom SMTP for escalation and system emails sent on behalf of your workspace. Validate settings before saving. Requires workspace.delivery_server permission.

API tokens
