Workspace settings

Central configuration for your tenant — company profile, AI keys, email delivery, and branding. Store connections (Shopify and WooCommerce) are configured per chatbot, not here.

General settings

Update workspace name, default website URL, and company details shown across chatbots and notifications.

Bring your own AI key (BYOK)

On eligible plans, connect your own AI provider API key so inference runs on your account. Requires workspace.gemini permission and the byok feature. Keys are stored encrypted.

Delivery server (SMTP)

Configure custom SMTP for escalation and system emails sent on behalf of your workspace. Validate settings before saving. Requires workspace.delivery_server permission.

Branding

Customize widget white-label options and custom domains on supported plans. See Branding & custom domains.

Store integrations

Connect WooCommerce or Shopify under each chatbot’s Store tools tab (Professional and Agency plans). Each bot can have its own store and enabled tools. See Managing chatbots for the full workflow.

API tokens

Manage workspace API tokens under Settings → API when your plan includes API access.

Permissions

Most settings require workspace.settings. Team management uses separate permissions � see Team & roles.
