Branding & custom domains

Present a client-ready experience by removing platform branding and serving the widget from your own domain.

White-label widget

On plans with the white_label feature, disable "Powered by AI Toruk" in chatbot settings. Free plans always show platform branding in the live widget regardless of the toggle.

Widget styling

Match your brand with primary colors, launcher text, position, and welcome messages from each chatbot's settings page.

Custom domains

Agency and professional plans may include custom_domains. From Settings → Branding:

1. Add your custom domain (e.g. chat.client.com).
2. Create the DNS TXT record shown for verification.
3. Click verify once DNS propagates.

Verified domains can be used for client-facing widget experiences as configured in your deployment.

Permissions

Branding settings require workspace.settings and the corresponding plan features.
