Team & roles
Collaborate securely with invitations, default roles, and custom permission sets per workspace.
Default roles
- Owner — Full access including billing and workspace deletion.
- Admin — Manage chatbots, knowledge, and most settings; permissions configurable.
- Member — Read-heavy defaults; assign a custom role for more control.
Invitations
From Settings → Team, send email invitations. Recipients accept via a secure link and join with the role you selected. Pending invitations can be revoked.
Custom roles
Create named roles with a subset of permissions:
workspace.settings,workspace.billing,workspace.team,workspace.rolesworkspace.gemini,workspace.delivery_serverchatbots.view,chatbots.manage,knowledge.manageconversations.view
Member management
Change a member's role or remove them from the workspace. Owners cannot be removed without transferring ownership or deleting the workspace.
Permissions
Managing team requires workspace.team; editing roles requires workspace.roles.
