Billing & subscriptions
Upgrade plans, purchase token add-ons, and manage payments through Stripe or PayPal.
Plans
Each workspace has one active subscription. Plans differ by token allowance, knowledge limits, and feature flags such as analytics, lead capture, API access, BYOK, and white-label branding.
Subscribe
From Billing, choose a plan and payment provider. Stripe checkout handles card subscriptions; PayPal is available where configured. After payment, features unlock immediately per plan rules.
Token packs
Buy one-time token add-ons when you need extra AI capacity without changing plans. Token purchases are applied to the current billing period usage pool.
Trial expiry
When a free trial ends, tenant routes redirect to Billing until you subscribe. Profile, logout, email verification, and billing pages remain available.
Billing lock
If platform administrators disable recurring billing on your workspace, self-serve subscription changes are blocked. Contact hello@aitoruk.com for assistance.

Permissions
Only users with workspace.billing permission (typically owners) can manage subscriptions and token purchases.
