Lead capture
Collect visitor contact details through the widget when lead capture is enabled on your plan and chatbot settings.
Enable lead capture
- Upgrade to a plan that includes the lead_capture feature.
- Open chatbot settings and turn on lead capture.
- Configure which fields to collect (name, email, phone) and when the form appears.
Leads module
The Leads sidebar item lists captured submissions with status, source chatbot, and linked conversation. Update status as you qualify or contact prospects.
Lead detail
View full submission data and jump to the related conversation for context on what the visitor asked before sharing their details.
Export & integrations
Use the workspace API to pull leads into your CRM or reporting tools. See API access.
Free plans disable lead capture in the live widget even if the setting appears toggled on — upgrade to activate the feature.
