Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Toruk website, console, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AI Toruk ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans and token add-ons are billed according to the pricing shown in the console and on our marketing website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Plan limits (chatbots, tokens, knowledge sources, team members, and features) are enforced per your active plan.
- Token add-ons are one-time purchases and are consumed after your monthly plan allowance is used.
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

4. Free trials
We may offer free trials or free tiers with limited features. Trial duration and included features are described at signup. When a trial ends, continued use may require upgrading to a paid plan.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Upload content you do not have the right to use or that violates third-party rights
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or rate limits
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as expressly permitted
- Use the Service to generate spam, malware, or deceptive content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload (knowledge sources, chatbot settings, branding, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service, including processing through AI providers.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, design, and branding (excluding your content), is owned by AI Toruk and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our platform.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties including Stripe (payments), AI model providers, and eCommerce platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". AI-GENERATED RESPONSES MAY BE INACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING CHATBOT OUTPUT AND CONFIGURING APPROPRIATE GUARDRAILS FOR YOUR USE CASE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TORUK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription through the console billing page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, subject to applicable data retention obligations.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
